The main philosophy of Pilates (initially called “Contrology” by Joseph Pilates) is having optimal control of mind over body so that you can go through the challenges of life with greater ease. Using the six principles of Pilates* we will increase your focus and balance so that you are able to perform your best in all aspects of your life.
