Group Fitness Classes
I love teaching group classes because they keep my leadership skills sharp and fresh!
The group classes I lead are all based on the foundational principle that everything in our bodies is connected (including our brains and feelings) and that all efficient movement stems from one's center (or core). No matter what modality, we always integrate key principles of breath, coordination, flow, control, precision as well as the simultaneous stretch and strength of the human movement system, making for a truly complete and three-dimensional workout.
I make sure to progress and develop relevant fitness programs so that participants remain challenged, inspired and have fun!
