I am a long-tenured NASM Certified Trainer & Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pilates Instructor and Yoga Tune Up practitioner. This powerful and unique combination of knowledge and expertise provides you with training programs rich with integrated challenges to help you reach immediate and long-term fitness goals.
Your sessions are customized for your specific needs; however the foundation of my practice is rooted in the traditional method of Pilates, once called Contrology. I can help you maximize performance with improved muscle tone & strength, flexibility and mobility, and also help you rehabilitate injuries, alleviate pain, maintain good health and manage stress. You will be challenged and will have fun with wide-ranging and interrelated movement methodologies that correct imbalances and condition the body to optimally function as a whole.
I see clients in studio or at a location of personal choice (e.g. at home, office, etc…). When I am not working with my private clients, you can find me at Equinox Fitness Clubs and Spas as a Group Fitness Instructor.
