About Regina

I help you stay strong, balanced, centered and purposeful. I provide you with a powerful and safe place to take a look at what you are doing now and how it lines up with what you want to do in the future. We make sure that you keep your brain and your body optimally connected, so that you perform your best in all aspects of your life, by making the changes you desire and continuing to update your own systems that work for you. 

When I was 19, started being keenly aware of my life struggles. I recognized there was as discrepancy with what I wanted and what was in my life, I wanted to genuinely love who I was, but always felt short of truly feeling that. I wanted to be strong but also to connect with people. I wanted to make sure my decisions were the best ones for me and that I could make a difference in the world.

The outside "life support" I chose for myself was crucial to the transformations that I underwent throughout the years to being the woman I aspired to be. It takes focus, control and courage to consciously make better choices and we can't do it alone. 

We are all works in progress. ​

 My Coaches help me refine my thoughts to filter through the overanalyzing, fear-based clutter that gets in my way of taking action and moving bravely forward. They help me get rid of time wasting distractions so that I can fully live out what's important and what I want as a family woman, friend, significant other and professional. My aim is to be that type of support for
 you so you can wholly participate in the design and execution of your life vision.

I live as much of a mindful life as I can with daily meditation, thoughtful communication with people, and an overall consciousness about my health. I graduated from UCLA with an English Literature Degree and continue to explore the mind/body connection by studying exercise and movement physiology, neuroscience, leadership concepts and metaphysical theories. I am, as such, a lifelong student myself.
