Sharing My Passion
I love teaching group classes because they are a fun way to keep my leadership skills sharp and fresh. Since 2005, I've led over 1500 group fitness classes, including those at Equinox Fitness Clubs and Spas. All styles I teach get you to strengthen the use of your core and connect your bodies, brains, and spirits. Whether in authentic pilates or barefoot conditioning classes, there will always be functional stretch (mobility) and strength components, and you can always expect a truly complete, fun, challenging and three-dimensional workout.
